Primavera Dreams Travel is an independent travel advisor of Fora Travel.

The specific services, fees, responsibilities, and terms applicable to a client’s journey will be explained before planning or booking begins. Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisor-client relationship or require Primavera Dreams Travel to begin research or make reservations.

No reservation is confirmed until all required approvals, traveler information, authorizations, deposits, and payments have been received and confirmation has been issued by the relevant provider.

Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, guides, destination-management companies, and other suppliers are independent third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and limitations of liability.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed. Currency fluctuations, taxes, service charges, resort fees, port charges, government fees, and supplier-imposed costs may also affect the final price.

Travel benefits such as upgrades, credits, early check-in, and late checkout are subject to the participating property’s terms and availability. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, they are not guaranteed.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

Providing accurate names and traveler information
Reviewing confirmations and reporting errors promptly
Ensuring that passports, visas, insurance, health documentation, and entry requirements are satisfied
Understanding the terms and cancellation policies of each booking
Arriving on time for transportation, tours, embarkation, and other scheduled services
Informing Primavera Dreams Travel of relevant accessibility, dietary, medical, or mobility considerations

Government entry and health requirements can change. Travelers should confirm current requirements with official government sources before departure.

Travel Insurance

Travel involves risks, including cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, baggage loss, and emergency medical expenses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If insurance is declined, the traveler accepts responsibility for losses that might otherwise have been covered, subject to any acknowledgement required during the booking process.
